線路のレールを坑内の枠に転用したものです。
こういった枠をレールアーチ枠といい、昭和に入ると多くの炭坑で使われていました。
炭坑によって、このレールの頭部を内側にして組むところ、
逆に頭部を外側にして組むところなどの違いがあったそうです。
In this painting, you can see railway tracks recycled as frames to support coal mine drive ceilings.
Called Rail Arch Frames, these track frames were installed in many coal mines from around 1930.
At some mines, the bottom side of the rail was placed on the surface of the wall, or vice versa.
