陶器売りは口の悪い言葉で茶碗を売ります。
「さあさ、茶碗を買ったお客さんには、さっそく夫婦喧嘩をして、うんと割ってもらわにゃならん」
それでも筑豊のヤマの人々は、面白がって茶碗を買っていきます。

 

 

 

In this illustration we see a pottery merchant peddling his goods. 
Using sarcasm in his sales pitch he would say, ‘For you couples who bought my pottery before,

I entreat you to go home and have a good fight, breaking all of the pottery. Then come back and buy from me again!’
This kind of humor amused the Chikuho people, who bought the pottery to bring home.
