田川市に新しく、ドイツの国際交流員が着任しました！
令和3年10月26日（火曜日）、田川市長から国際交流員へ辞令交付が行われました。
これから、ドイツ文化をみなさんに知っていただけるような様々な活動をしていきます。
On Tuesday, October 26, 2021, Tagawa's Mayor Kimito Futaba congratulated the new CIR on his inauguration.
From now on, we will do various activities that will make everyone aware of German culture.

はじめまして、ドイツから参りました、マーティンと申します。2021年10月25日から田川市役所にて国際交流員として着任することになりました。
私の故郷は西南ドイツのBaden-Wuerttemberg州（バーデン‐ヴュルテンベルグ州）Calw郡（カルフ郡」のSchwarzwald地方（黒森地方）です。
合計3年間札幌と東京に住んだ経験があります。福岡市にも何回か来たことがありますが、田川市ははじめてです。自然の緑に富む田舎の村に生まれ育ったので、同じように自然豊かな田川市の景色がとても綺麗だと思っています。
私の故郷には炭鉱はありませんが、昔は銀山業がありましたので田川市とは少し似ていると思っています。
田川市で国際交流員として、通訳・翻訳だけでなく、小・中学校、高校の訪問や国際交流イベントの企画など幅広い機会を通して市民の方と交流ができることを楽しみにしています。日本とドイツの深い交流の進展や田川市の国際化を支援することを目標として、一所懸命頑張りたいです。
Nice to meet you. My name is Martin and I'm from the south of Germany.
From 25th October 2021 onwards, I will be the new CIR at the Tagawa City Hall.
My German hometown is located in Calw County in the "Black Forest" area of the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg.
I have lived in Sapporo and Tokyo for a total of three years and I have also been to Fukuoka several times before but it's my first time here in Tagawa.
I grew up on the countryside in Germany, surrounded by a lot of greenery which is why I also enjoy the scenery here in Tagawa with its mountains a lot. There is no coal mine in my hometown but the Black Forest used to have a lot of silver mines in the past which is where I see some similarities with Tagawa and its coal mines.
As a CIR in Tagawa City I look forward to interact with the citizens through a wide range of activities, including visiting elementary, junior high and high schools or planning intercultural events as well as interpreting and translating. I want to do my best to promote the relations between Japan and Germany and the rest of Europe and to support the internationalization of Tagawa City.
